Project scope

RPV was contacted by LED manufacturer Barco to build an emergency exit door into a retail setting after the project’s architects hit a snag. This custom aircraft hinge type design was embedded into an outdoor bridge of Barco’s C8 LED and had to be seamless, and functional as an emergency egress. They tagged us knowing RPV would deliver this feat of precision engineering. The result was a hinged door that initially pushes out, then pivots to allow access through the Emergency door.
