As the industry leader of engineered screen and custom mounting solutions, RP Visual Solutions (RPV) announced two strategic promotions to serve its customer base and align their workforce to cater to those channels will shape the company’s growth and its future.
John Brereton was elevated to Vice President of Sales and Operations to better serve our customers in the Dealer/Integrator channel. His knowledge and background, originally as a technology manager, integrator, and A/V Consultant gives him a unique perspective into the channel. John’s focus will be on delivering value to customers, increasing RPV’s competitive advantage, and driving growth and profitability.
Additionally, Brandy Alvarado was elevated to Marketing and Business Development Manager. Her newly appointed position will be committed to serving the Consultant’s and Creator’s needs to specify RPV’s custom mounting solutions into their projects. Her seamless ability to start and nurture relationships is proving to be an effective asset in delivering qualified leads and opportunities into the RPV pipeline.
When analyzing current business trends for RPV, we discovered that a growing segment of our business comes from Consultant/Creator projects and are then fulfilled by the Integrator channel. It makes sense to leverage our workforce’s strengths to shape the future growth of RPV’s business model, said Randy Pagnan, President of RPV.
